Kathryn M. Davis is an associate in the Walnut Creek office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group.

Ms. Davis represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including actions in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Ms. Davis has experience litigating class actions involving both employment and wage and hour claims and litigating multi- and single-plaintiff claims for employment discrimination, breach of contract, reasonable accommodation, and wrongful discharge. Ms. Davis also counsels employers with respect to all aspects of employment law.

Ms. Davis lectures to employer and management groups on a variety of topics, including state and federal leave laws and state and federal wage and hour law, and conducts in-house trainings regarding compliance with California and federal employment laws, including the California-required sexual harassment training.

Ms. Davis is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Labor and Employment Law section of the California State Bar Association.
