Ms. Eidelheit is an associate in the Corporate Finance Department of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Her practice focuses on international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, equity investments, restructurings and general corporate matters. Ms. Eidelheit has worked with domestic and foreign companies in a variety of industries, including computer software, computer products, financial institutions, media, pharmaceutical, real estate, and telecommunications.

Ms. Eidelheit was resident in the firm’s Tokyo office from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2005, she was associated with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and Nishimura & Asahi in Tokyo.

Ms. Eidelheit earned an A.B., cum laude, from Cornell University in 1993 with a triple major in History, Government and Science & Technology Studies and an M.A. in Asian studies from Cornell University in 1996.  In addition, she earned a J.D. from New York University in 1999, where she served as Executive Editor of the New York University Law Review

Ms. Eidelheit is a member of the New York Bar and is conversant in Japanese.
