David G. Thatcher’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity and debt, secured and unsecured bank financings, general corporate representation, real estate transactions, including real estate financing and technology transactions. Mr. Thatcher has also been involved in a number of asset-backed securitization transactions, both public and private, involving various classes of assets. His clients include a number of startup companies as well as established public companies.

Mr. Thatcher practiced in the firm’s Tokyo office from November 1999 to February 2000 and counsels Japanese companies with respect to various business transactions in the United States and United States companies with respect to business transactions in Japan.
