Will Wade-Gery is a partner in the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office, specializing in antitrust and class action litigation. With colleagues in the New York office, Mr. Wade-Gery represents Bank of America in several class actions, including two antitrust MDL proceedings In addition, he is an active member of the firm’s white collar practice, and regularly represents clients in connection with accounting fraud investigations and proceedings.

Mr. Wade-Gery also has experience representing clients in intellectual property and employment law disputes, and was a core member of a litigation team that brought one of the first successful actions under the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. In addition, he has counselled clients on a range of labor and employment matters, including immigration, arbitration, and trade secrets issues.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Wade-Gery spent two years clerking with the Honorable Carlos F. Lucero of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Wade-Gery received his J.D. from the Yale Law School in 1996, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation . He received his B.A. from Oxford University with first-class honors in 1988, and an M.P.A. from Harvard University in 1990, where he was a Kennedy Scholar. Before attending law school, he worked as a consultant to The World Bank in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Wade-Gery is a member of the New York and Colorado bars and is admitted to practice before the Southern District of New York, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District of Colorado.
