Mr. Wade-Gery is a litigation partner based in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. His practice focuses primarily on assisting financial institutions in antitrust and consumer class action disputes. He is also an active member of the firm’s white collar practice, and regularly represents clients in connection with accounting fraud investigations. In addition, he has substantial litigation and counseling experience in intellectual property, transportation, and employment matters.

Will’s cases have included representation of a large U.S. bank in several antitrust disputes arising out of payment card practices, a senior executive in the Enron matter, an international shipping company in multidistrict consumer class action litigation, and a client in one of the first successful actions under the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Will clerked for the Honorable Carlos F. Lucero of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
