Chuck Farman is a partner in the firm's Sacramento office, where he heads the office’s corporate and securities practice. He is a member of the firmwide Corporate Group and co-chair of the firm’s global Private Equity Fund Group.

Mr. Farman’s practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, with a particular emphasis in: mergers and acquisitions; public and private securities offerings; venture capital financings of emerging-growth companies; private equity fund formation; corporate restructurings; federal securities law compliance; and general corporate and securities counseling of public and private companies. His practice includes representation of foreign and domestic investors, public companies, start-up and emerging-growth private companies, private equity funds and their general and limited partners, investment banks, shareholders and boards of directors. He has lectured and written extensively on a variety of corporate and securities topics. Mr. Farman is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (2008).
