Vivek K. Chavan is Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Group, resident in the Palo Alto office. Mr. Chavan represents a broad range of clients in connection with acquisition, financing, development, operation, leasing and disposition of residential, commercial and industrial real estate assets. His practice also includes transactions involving REITs, construction and permanent financing, real estate joint ventures and other equity investments, and construction and development contracts. Mr. Chavan has represented developers, REITs, domestic and foreign investors and other institutions.

Mr. Chavan associated with Morrison & Foerster in 2000 and became Of Counsel in 2006.
