Ms. Manning is an associate in the business department of Morrison & Foerster, working in the Northern Virginia office.

Ms. Manning’s practice involves representing clients in a broad range of corporate, commercial and technology transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, outsourcing transactions, strategic alliances, re-branding and co-marketing arrangements, technology transfer and licensing and services agreements with vendors and customers.

She has particular expertise in advising global transportation and logistics management clients on issues related to contractual arrangements with both vendors and customers for the procurement of transportation and supply chain management, including arrangements with transportation companies and warehouse and distribution providers.

Ms. Manning is also experienced in counseling nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations with regard to entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory and other matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Manning was Co-Founder of a computer game development company in San Francisco, during which time she negotiated multiple technology licensing and distribution arrangements as well as several venture capital and strategic partner financings.

Ms. Manning received her B.A. from Syracuse University and her J.D., with honors, from St. John’s University School of Law. Ms. Manning is a member of the Virginia Bar.
