Martin M. Noonen is an intellectual property partner in the firm's Los Angeles office whose practice focuses on patent litigation. Mr. Noonen is licensed to practice and has practiced before a number of U.S. District courts and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Noonen earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law in 1993. He is a member of the California State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster LLP, Mr. Noonen was an associate with Graham & James LLP, and he was previously associated with the intellectual property boutique firm of Spensley, Horn, Jubas & Lubitz.
