Mr. Dopsch's practice focuses on banking, asset and infrastructure finance transactions, and international corporate matters. He represents banks and other institutional lenders in a wide variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated loans, asset based lending transactions, structured trade and commodity finance transactions, project and infrastructure finance transactions, and equipment leases. Mr. Dopsch has extensive experience in advising secured parties under the Uniform Commercial Code. He also regularly advises clients on insolvency matters, and represents lenders in complex loan workouts and restructurings.

In addition, Mr. Dopsch represents parties in securitization and other structured finance transactions, including the sale of lease receivables to bank-sponsored conduits. He also has experience in derivative transactions, including both credit and equity derivatives.
