Genevieve M. Moore represents individual clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, educational planning, and charitable gift planning. She also assists new non-profit organizations with incorporating and obtaining federal and state tax exemptions and advises established non-profit organizations on various tax, corporate, planned giving, and administrative matters.

Ms. Moore is admitted to practice in the State of California. She is a member of the sections on estate planning, probate, trust and taxation law of the American, California, and San Francisco Bar associations. She is immediate past Chair of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Ms. Moore is a writer and lecturer for the California Continuing Education of the Bar, and author of a chapter on IRC § 529 College Savings Accounts in the CEB California Estate Planning treatise. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of San Francisco Little League. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for Dominican College and as President of its Alumni Association.
