Susannah Cupp is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Ms. Cupp’s practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, including real estate financing transactions, acquisition and sale of real property, and commercial leasing. Ms. Cupp has experience in representing lenders in loans secured by multiple properties, syndicated loans, securitized loans, and construction loans. In addition, Ms. Cupp has experience in land use and regulatory review.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Cupp worked in municipal government and has significant experience in local government policies, procedures, and regulations.

Ms. Cupp received her B.A. degree in Political Science, in 1991, from the University of California at Los Angeles, a M.S. degree in Public Administration, in 1994, from the California State University at Los Angeles, and her J.D. degree, cum laude , in 2002, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, was a Sayer Macneil Scholar and served as Senior Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review . Ms. Cupp is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
