Dr. Wallach is a patent agent in the San Diego office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution and due diligence and encompasses all fields of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Wallach practiced at Cooley Godward, LLP. Dr. Wallach received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of California at Riverside, and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She was a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Molecular Pharmacology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Wallach’s research focused on the mechanisms of insulin and insulin-like growth factor signaling as related to the field of diabetes. She has presented her research at numerous symposiums around the world and has authored several scientific articles. Dr. Wallach is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
