Jeff Jaeckel is a litigation partner and resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Jeff represents clients in connection with a variety of federal, state, and international antitrust and competition law matters, and he counsels clients across a range of industries, including consumer products, computer software, electronics and semiconductors, telecommunications, life sciences, and healthcare.

Jeff has particular experience representing parties before both the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission in merger and other criminal and civil antitrust investigations. Jeff's practice includes cutting-edge issues at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law, and he practices regularly in state and federal courts to assist clients with civil antitrust litigation and to assist in the protection and assertion of intellectual property rights.

Jeff received his B.A., with Honors, from the College of William & Mary in 1995 and his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Wisconsin in 1998.
