Gunilla Haac is Of Counsel in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the firm's global Finance and Infrastructure Group. Her practice focuses on banking, asset and infrastructure finance transactions and international corporate matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Haac spent 25 years as in house counsel with Bank of America where she provided legal support for Latin American syndications and other international and domestic offices. Her work has included syndicated lending, structured trade financing, letters of credit, secured loans, restructuring and workouts, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing.

Ms. Haac received her JD from Columbia University School of Law in 1975. In addition, Ms. Haac holds law degrees from the University of Paris, School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
