Mr. Jose is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office where his practice focuses on the representation of high-technology companies in transactional, corporate and securities matters, and general corporate counseling for publicly and privately held companies.

Mr. Jose was born in Quezon City, Philippines in 1974. Mr. Jose received his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997. Prior to law school, Mr. Jose worked as an inventory control and manufacturing manager at a small paper manufacturing company. He received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees in 2003 from Santa Clara University, where he was a technical editor of the Santa Clara University Law Review and was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Evidence.
