Rada Blumkin is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Ms. Blumkin’s practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on real estate financing transactions. She has represented borrowers and lenders in connection with a variety of real estate-related financings, including loans secured by multiple properties, syndicated loans, subordinate and mezzanine financings, securitized debt and construction loans. Ms. Blumkin has also handled acquisition and sale of real property and commercial leasing transactions.

Ms. Blumkin received her B.A. degree in Psychology, summa cum laude , in 2000, from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. degree, in 2003, from Stanford Law School, where she served as an Article Editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance .
