Cara Ann Marr is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group. Ms. Marr received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2007, where she was a member of the Stanford Law Review and the Stanford Technology Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Comparative Literature from Yale University in 2000.
