Marc Hearron is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Morrison & Foerster. He is a member of the Appellate Practice Group within the Litigation Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hearron clerked for the Hon. Carolyn Dineen King of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for the Hon. Sidney A. Fitzwater of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Hearron received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Hearron served as Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University.
