Nadium Jinnah is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s Northern Virginia office, where he is a member of the corporate group. Mr. Jinnah’s practice involves representing clients in a broad range of corporate and technology transactions, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and reporting and regulatory requirements, as well as matters of general business and corporate law.

Mr. Jinnah received his B.A. degree from Trinity College, Dublin and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Jinnah is admitted to practice in Virginia.
