Mr. Byrne received his undergraduate degree in cognitive science with an emphasis in neuroscience from the University of California, Berkeley, where he served one year as University Cannoneer and was a guest lecturer for a “History of the University of California” class.
Mr. Byrne is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Business Law and Taxation sections of the American Bar Association and has served as a judge for the Law School Tax Challenge sponsored by the ABA Tax Section.
