Ms. Thingelstad is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on general commercial and securities litigation. Ms. Thingelstad has represented clients in SEC enforcement actions, Congressional and other agency investigations and hearings, shareholder securities cases, and other complex commercial and international litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, she was an associate at the New York offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton from 2002 through 2005 and at Vinson & Elkins from 2005 through 2006.

Ms. Thingelstad attended Georgetown University, where she received a joint Bachelor of Science degree in Government Affairs and Psychology in 1997. She received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.

Ms. Thingelstad is licensed to practice only in New York.
