Bill Schuerman is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s corporate group in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Mr. Schuerman’s practice involves representing emerging growth and technology companies in various corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, equity financings, public offerings, and reporting and regulatory requirements.

Mr. Schuerman received his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Cornell University and his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Virginia.
