Julius Chen is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office.  Mr. Chen received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law School in 2005.  He received his A.B. degree from Brown University in 2002.    

Prior to coming to Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Chen served as an associate at an international law firm in New York City.  

Mr. Chen is admitted to practice in New York.
