Mr. Delligatti is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in the Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on the representation of investment companies, investment advisers, broker/dealers and other businesses in securities-related matters.

Mr. Delligatti received his B.S. from Cornell University and his J.D., cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Mr. Delligatti successfully completed the Securities Law Program offered by his law school. Mr. Delligatti served as research assistant to the Columbus School of Law’s Securities Law Chairperson, Professor David Lipton, and is acknowledged in Professor Lipton’s West publication, Broker Dealer Regulation. Mr. Delligatti also participated in the Securities & Exchange Commission’s Law Student Observer Program as an intern for the Division of Enforcement’s Trial Unit.
