Mr. Ho is an associate in the Business Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Singapore office. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Ho worked for Wong Partnership in Singapore.

Mr. Ho has advised on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private placements, takeovers, restructurings, joint ventures as well as advising Singapore-based and foreign public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters, including regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues. He has also advised on a wide range of asset management and collective investment schemes work, including regulatory compliance issues, licensing, and general discretionary fund management matters.

Mr. Ho graduated from the National University of Singapore (L.L.B., 2nd Class (Upper Division) Honours) in 2002. Mr. Ho was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2003 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2005. He is fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin and speaks Hokkien.
