Stacey Sprenkel is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Walnut Creek office. She practices general commercial litigation, including energy, antitrust, land use, and securities litigation.

Ms. Sprenkel received her B.A. in Mass Communications and Political Science, with Honors, from the University of California, Berkeley in 2000.  She received an M.Sc. in Human Rights, with Merit, from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2002, and received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2005.  While at Columbia, Ms. Sprenkel was the Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Journal of European Law.  She also served as a research assistant to Professor George Bermann.

Ms. Sprenkel is admitted to practice law in California, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
