Aki Saito is an attorney at Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office, where her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Saito received her LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 2004 and her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2007. Ms. Saito is a co-author of the article “KSR v. Teleflex—Hijimesei no Kijyunnitsuite Saikousai de Arasowareta Jikenn (Revisiting the Standard of Obviousness),” Patent Prism (2007).

Ms. Saito is admitted to practice in California.
