Beryl Sit is an associate resident in the Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, funds and regulatory work, private equity transactions, general securities and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Sit was with a major international law firm where she possessed extensive experience representing underwriters and issuers on H-share and Red-chip listings. Ms. Sit also has experience working as a legal counsel in a Japanese investment bank in Hong Kong and a private equity fund.
Ms. Sit earned her PCLL from University of Hong Kong and LL.B. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the U.K.
Ms. Sit is qualified to practice in Hong Kong and she is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
