Boris Yankilovich is a litigator whose practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, civil litigation surrounding the enforcement of federal statutes and regulations, and appellate advocacy. He has been involved in all stages of the litigation process, from the initial investigation and discovery through the appeal.
During law school, Mr. Yankilovich worked for the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Appellate Section, the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, and the San Francisco City Attorney's Office. He was Executive Editor and Articles Editor for the Harvard Human Rights Journal.
