American Pacific Corporation

We represented American Pacific in connection with its issuance of $110 million of 9% Senior Notes due 2015 with Wachovia Securities as lead arranger. As part of the transaction, American Pacific entered into an Amended and Restated First Lien Credit Facility for a $20 million revolving loan with Wachovia Bank as administrative agent.

Boyd Gaming Corporation

We represented Boyd Gaming Corporation in its $4 billion revolving credit facility, secured by capital stock of gaming subsidiaries.

McGrath RentCorp

We represented McGrath RentCorp, a leading rental provider of modular buildings and electronic test equipment, in its $90 million acquisition of privately held Adler Tank Rentals.

Novellus Systems, Inc.

We represented Novellus as borrower under an €80 million credit agreement with a major financial institution.

Textainer Group Holdings Limited

We represented Textainer in a $205 million revolving credit agreement.
