Clare Badaracco is a senior associate in the Financial Transactions Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Badaracco's practice primarily focuses on a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, syndicated lending transactions, restructuring, and acquisition financing transactions. Ms. Badaracco has extensive experience representing both institutional and non-bank lenders as well as borrowers in a variety of industries including biotechnology, software, and other technology companies based in Silicon Valley. She also has experience representing Cleantech development, investment companies, and wineries.
Ms. Badaracco has an expansive understanding of other areas of law including corporate, tax, real estate, and intellectual property, among others. Her approach is to use this foundation to develop a cohesive team of attorneys that can best serve the client's needs in an efficient and effective manner.
Ms. Badaracco received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2001. While at Santa Clara University School of Law, Ms. Badaracco was the Editor-in-Chief of the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal .
