Huang v. Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc.
(S.D.N.Y.). Won dismissal on forum non conveniens grounds in a multimillion-dollar breach of contract and tort case against NASDAQ-listed technology company. Despite a lawsuit brought by a US citizen plaintiff, and a contract calling for payments in dollars through the company’s New York office, successfully obtained dismissal of lawsuit in favor of Chinese court system.
