David Murphy's practice focuses on civil litigation in employment, labor, and employee mobility matters. He has represented companies in all aspects of workplace employment disputes, including trade secrets, noncompetition, and "employee raiding" matters; wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination litigation; wage and hour matters under state and federal law; ERISA litigation; and all aspects of union-related disputes. His experience includes extensive trial and appellate work in state and federal court and private arbitrations, as well as before the National Labor Relations Board, and in class action claims for wage and hour, discrimination, and ERISA matters.
