Eric Dickinson is an associate based in the firm's Hong Kong office, where he advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, focusing primarily on matters involving life science, cleantech, and information technology businesses.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Dickinson practiced in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with a leading international law firm, representing private equity groups and other institutional clients predominately on real estate development matters, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Before that, he worked in the finance department of a major industrial group based in Hangzhou, China. Mr. Dickinson speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Dickinson received a J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from George Washington University. He is admitted in the State of New York.
