Erika Drous is an associate in the Employment and Labor Practice Group, resident in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Ms. Drous's law practice concentrates on representing management in labor and employment matters. Her practice encompasses all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour law, wrongful termination, and trade secret misappropriation. In addition, Ms. Drous helps employers draft employee handbooks and personnel policies, separation agreements, and employment agreements, and counsels employers on a variety of matters.
