Description:
Today’s turbulent market environment presents many challenges for smaller public companies that need to raise capital to finance
their ongoing operations and to grow. In addition, smaller public companies must grapple with continually changing SEC reporting
requirements. This program will explore potential capital-raising alternatives for smaller public companies in the current
environment, as well the SEC’s recent rule changes designed to reduce disclosure burdens and increase capital access for smaller
public companies.
