Description:
The California Global Warming Solutions Act created a new framework for the reporting and regulation of greenhouse gas emissions
in the state.
Topics will include:
- The current reporting protocol for greenhouse gas emissions with the California Climate Action Registry – including how this
model protocol may be implemented in future regulations;
- Administrative processes and timelines for implementation set by the Act; and
- Available options for early stakeholder participation to shape this new regime and stakeholder planning to comply with its
requirements
