Please join Financial Executives International (FEI) with its co-hosts Morrison & Foerster LLP, Houlihan Lokey, and Ernst & Young LLP as they present a unique two-part series covering the fundamentals of Mergers & Acquisitions in today's world. Part II - M&A University: Process, Preparation, Due Diligence and Deal Mechanics. This part will review the key tenets for a successful M&A transaction.
