Ian Yanhui Yang is a consultant in Morrison & Foerster's Beijing Office. He has received legal training in both the PRC and the United Kingdom. His practice focuses on foreign direct investment and corporate law, and his experience includes: drafting documents such as joint venture agreements; equity transfer agreements; property transfer agreements; technology transfer agreements; trademark license agreements; and conducting due diligence for cross-border M&A and legal research on various legal issues including customs, intellectual property rights, taxation, labor and general corporate law. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Yang worked at White & Case LLP's Shanghai Office.

Mr. Yang is a graduate of University of Glasgow and has graduate law degrees from the China University of Politics and Law (L.L.B.) and the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde (L.L.M.). He is admitted to practice in the PRC.

Mr. Yang is fluent in Mandarin and English.
