Raymond Oh is an Of Counsel in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. His practice covers Corporate, M&A and securities related matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Oh practiced with a leading international law firm where he focused on PRC related M&A, corporate, commercial and capital markets related matters.

Raymond graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1996 with a LL.B. (Honors). He is qualified to practice in Singapore (1997), England and Wales (2001) and Hong Kong (2003).

Raymond speaks fluent English, Putonghua, and Cantonese. Mr. Oh has presented in various seminars (both in-house and for specific client groups) on corporate finance, capital markets, and ongoing securities compliance topics.
