Zhu Zhu is a legal consultant with Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai Office. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Zhu worked at a leading Chinese law firm as an associate and at an Australian consulting firm as a management consultant. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Zhu obtained her L.L.B. from Fudan University in Shanghai and her L.L.M. from University College London in London. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
