Benjamin Ford is an associate in the firm’s Business Department. He has represented issuers, master servicers, bond insurers and other parties in connection with the sale and securitization of pools of mortgage loans. He has also assisted clients with loan warehouse facilities, repurchase arrangements and work preparatory to the issuance of collateralized debt obligations.

Mr. Ford's project finance experience includes representing developers and multilateral institutions on financing and project documentation for projects in Singapore, China, South America, and the United States, and sellers and purchasers of various project companies in Asia and the United States.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Ford worked in the Singapore and Washington, D.C. offices of other U.S. international law firms.

Mr. Ford received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1996, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2000. Mr. Ford is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
