Kendra Jhu is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions including securities offerings in the public and private capital markets and cross-border financings.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Jhu worked in a leading international law firm representing both issuers and investment banks in U.S. securities matters. She received her LL.B. from Peking University in 2005 and her LL.M. from Cornell University in 2006.

Ms. Jhu was admitted to practice in New York in 2007. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
