Lip Kian Ang has advised clients on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, China-related transactions, projects, capital markets transactions, banking and finance.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Ang practiced in Singapore with a leading Singapore law firm. Mr. Ang received his LL.B. (Honors) from the National University of Singapore in 2004 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2005. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
