Jennifer Wong She is an Of Counsel in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Technology Transactions Group.

Ms. Wong She has considerable experience advising clients on all types of technology transactions across Asia Pacific including data centre outsourcing, application hosting agreements, licensing transactions, maintenance and support arrangements and various types of partnering and distribution arrangements. She has provided advice to the Hong Kong Government and has assisted an international airline based in Hong Kong on a variety of technology deals.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked as corporate counsel at a leading US software company and a global leader of software and processing solutions for financial services, higher education and the public sector where she was involved in all aspects of the company’s business across Asia Pacific, including China and the emerging markets.

Ms. Wong She has been resident in Hong Kong since 2002, having previously practiced in Australia and New Zealand. She received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 1996 and 1995, respectively.

Ms. Wong She is qualified to practice in Hong Kong (2006), New South Wales, Australia (2002) and New Zealand (1997).
