Albert Sheu is an associate of Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. His practice covers venture capital/private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings and compliance with ongoing corporate governance and listing requirements.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Sheu worked with an international law firm in Beijing and a pre-eminent Silicon Valley law firm.

Mr. Sheu received a B.A. magna cum laude from Cornell University, a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an M.B.A from New York University. He is qualified to practice in New York and California. He is fluent in Mandarin.
