Isabelle Lam is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice includes a broad range of capital markets matters including initial public offerings, securities offerings, corporate governance and on-going securities compliance for Hong Kong-listed companies.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Lam worked in the Hong Kong office of an international law firm. Ms. Lam received her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws, Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Lam was admitted to practice in Hong Kong in 2007. She is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
