Serina Chan is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, foreign direct investment and other corporate matters. Ms. Chan previously worked in an international law firm as a member of their corporate and securities team.

Ms. Chan received her PCLL from the University of Hong Kong in 1999 and LL.M. from the University of London in 2001. She also obtained a LL.B. from Peking University in 2006 and B.S.Sc. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1995.

Ms. Chan is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She is admitted in Hong Kong (2001) and England and Wales (2002).
