Hong Kong, May 30, 2007 – Morrison & Foerster represented Emma Entertainment Holdings HK, Limited in its acquisition by Ticketmaster.  Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company and an operating business of IAC, expanded its operations in the People's Republic of China by acquiring a majority stake in Emma Entertainment.

Emma Entertainment is a leading event ticketing and promotions company in the People's Republic of China. It currently sells tickets through distribution networks within Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and through its web service, www.emma.cn, and a national call center.
